Wine Description

Made from 100% Negroamaro grown in Lecce. The grapes are harvested at the end of September and feremented and aged in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

This wine has an intense ruby red color with garnet tints. The perfume is complex and intense with hints of ripened fruits and spices. These notes come through on the palate which is dry, harmonious and persistent. Serve with rich appetizers, grilled and braised meat, lamb and cheese.
